US Supreme Court Refuses to Impose Right to Work Principles

The following story shows the immediate impact of the death of Justice Scalia. Had he not died last month, this decision would surely have gone the other way and changed the landscape of the law surrounding competing principles between right to work vs. forced union dues.  In sum, this decision allows to stand the practice of unions to compel all workers to pay dues to the union (even workers who don't want to be part of the union and object to paying dues).  You can see a story about it by clicking through to this link:
