Can My Employer Require Me to Take a COVID-19 Vaccine?

With the potential release of vaccines for COVID-19 expected in the near future, can employers require employees to get vaccinated? What rights do employees have if they don't want to be vaccinated?  We tackle these questions in this video

We are not taking a position that people should or should not be taking a vaccine but want to address questions if they arise.  This is obviously a deadly virus that needs a vaccine.  Additionally, for employees in unionized workplaces, this issue of the employer's ability to mandate a vaccine should be negotiated with the union.  Employee working in a unionized workplace should discuss concerns or questions they have about a mandatory vaccine requirement with their union reps.
